Pick-Up Options

You can choose one of the following options to collect your product, tailored to your convenience:

1. In-Store Pick-Up
   Visit the designated distributor’s store to inspect and collect your item personally.
2. Home Delivery Service
   Enjoy the convenience of professional delivery directly to your home.
3. International Delivery
   For regions outside Taiwan, additional customs duties and shipping fees will be calculated separately for home delivery.

Delivery Timeline

Man-Made Synthetic Jadeite is a customized product. Considering production processes and quality checks, the delivery time for each item may vary. The estimated delivery period is 2–3 months. If the item is completed earlier, we will notify members in the order of purchase to arrange for pick-up.

Product Inspection and Approval

Each piece of synthetic jadeite crystallizes naturally, making every product unique.

• Upon completion, we will provide 360-degree panoramic images for pre-order members to review and inspect the product.
• The pricing for the finished product will also be provided at this stage.

Once you are satisfied with the product and pricing, we will proceed with the chosen delivery method to fulfill your order.

Order Completion

1. Pay Remaining Balance On-Site
   Settle the remaining balance during pick-up to complete the transaction.
2. If Unsatisfied with the Product or Pricing
   You may choose one of the following:
   • Priority Purchase Right: Retain priority for the next batch of products to find a piece that meets your expectations.
   • Deposit Refund: Request a full refund of your pre-order deposit, ensuring a risk-free shopping experience.
